Experienced litigator providing direct client representation and assistance to attorneys including pretrial litigation and negotiation, deferred prosecution requests, motions to suppress, proffer sessions, sentencing presentations, SORA hearings, motions in limine, trial memoranda and jury instructions, ineffective assistance of counsel claims, habeas petitions (2254 & 2255) and appeals in both civil and criminal cases.
